Transportation

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Bozeman International Airport (BZN) is about an hour's drive from Big Sky. There are rental car options available at the airport, as well as shuttle services.

EVENT TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle services will be provided from Moonlight Basin for the Welcome Party, the Wedding Ceremony, and the Reception. More details on the exact pickup locations and times will be shared soon.

We cannot accommodate any additional guests not listed on your invitation. If you plan to bring your children to Montana, we are happy to help you find childcare options.
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is black tie. We invite our guests to join us in dressing up! Tuxedo for men and a floor-length dress for women. Let’s keep the Apple Watches and sneakers at home!
The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm, and guests are requested to arrive no later than 4:15 pm to be seated before the ceremony.
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those guests who are formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We’ll include RSVP deadlines when official invitations are sent later this year – stay tuned!
Yes! If you’re staying at Moonlight Basin or at the Wilson Hotel, round-trip transportation will be provided for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding Day. More details on timing to follow.
